The Comicpalooza MTG Championship Series 
Presented by Ettin Games and Hobbies

Dates and Formats of Preliminary Tourneys (Each preliminary will have a cap of 40 participants): 
- April 9th- Standard Format, 1pm-10pm, $15.00 Entry
- April 23rd- Draft (1x Kaladesh, 2x Aether Revolt), 12:30pm-10pm, $20.00 Entry
-April 30th- Modern Format, 1pm-10pm, $15.00 Entry
-May 7th- Draft (3x Amonkhet), 12:30pm-10pm, $20.00 Entry
You may pre-register and reserve your spot for any of the preliminary tournaments in-store.
(1st place of any given preliminary tournament will receive a free pass to Comicpalooza and free entry in the championship tournament held at Comicpalooza. 2nd-4th will receive a discount code for their Comicpalooza ticket and free entry into the championship tournament at Comicpalooza)

THE HOUSTON MTG CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
Would you like take home the title (and trophy) of Houston MTG Champion? Like a shot at some AWESOME prizes? Then come join us at for the Comicpalooza Houston MTG Championship presented by Ettin Games and Hobbies. This tournament will be held at Comicpalooza (George R Brown Convention Center, Houston, TX) where the contestants will play Standard Format preliminary rounds on Friday, then the top 8 players from Friday will compete for the crown in an Amonkhet format draft on Sunday!

This tournament will have an entry fee of $35.00 and will start at Noon Friday May 12th. Deck lists must be submitted prior to the start of the tournament (we will have forms on hand). **Please note that players much secure Comicpalooza admission on their own ( www.comicpalooza.com )**
Prize support for top 8 is as follows:
1st Place- 3 boxes of Modern Masters 2017
2nd Place- 1 box of Modern Masters 2017 and 2 Boxes of Amonkhet
3rd/4th Places- 2 boxes of Amonkhet
5th/6th Places- 1 box of Amonkhet
7th/8th Places- Pack Payout of Amonkhet

On site registration begins at 10am on Friday but participants are encouraged to pre-register and submit their deck lists online.
